Please confirm you want to change parcel status to RETURNED (to ship) or RETURNED (shipped). You should use this option to flag orders that were returned by the final customer.
The process will:

if you provide Return tracking number - set parcel status of the order to RETURNED (shipped)
if Return tracking number is missing - set parcel status of the order to RETURNED (to ship) - you can provide Return tracking number later on using this same tool.
send email notification to the customer informing parcel was returned

Insert Return parcel tracking number and click continue if you want to proceed, otherwise click Close or Cancel.
